At House of Beauty, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. We carefully pack every order to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout

Free UK Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £45

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes

House of Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed. House of Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

We will work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
